Salary: £13.75- £14.50 per hour

We are working with a network of Nurseries across Tameside to recruit qualified Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Educators to join their teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for both full-time and part-time applicants to enjoy flexible working hours, typically between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, while supporting high-quality early years provision in nursery environments. We are looking for candidates who hold a DfE-recognised EYFS qualification and have relevant experience working with young children, either in nurseries or mainstream primary school settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum to children aged 0-4 years.
• Confident with leading elements of the EYFS Framework.
• Supporting children’s learning and development through continuous provision and play-based activities.
• Working closely with other support staff to create a safe, stimulating environment.
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate learning records.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children in EYFS.
• Holds a relevant qualification (in line with the new EYFS Framework guidance).
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Is proactive, patient, and nurturing with excellent communication skills.
•  Works effectively as part of a team and builds positive relationships with children and staff.
• A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• First Aid Paediatrics trained.
