Job Title: Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
Location: Romford, Essex

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and nurturing team at a vibrant nursery in Romford. If you hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, this could be your perfect next step!
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and professional team committed to delivering outstanding early years education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework.
- Supporting learning through imaginative play, structured activities, and child-led exploration.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child's individual needs.
- Monitor and record children's progress and contribute to planning and assessments.
- Someone with a minimum grade C(4) in GCSE Mathematics and English.
Requirements:
- A Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification is essential.
- Experience working with children across EYFS and/or Key Stage 1.
- A positive, team-player attitude and a nurturing personality.
- Strong communication skills and a real passion for child development.
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and child safeguarding.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
