Position: Early Careers Teacher

Location:  Whitefield, Greater Manchester

Start date: 13th May

End date: Ongoing

Contract type: Temporary to Permanent Role

Working hours: Monday-Friday (8.45am-3.15pm)

Pay rate: £83.85 – 90 per day

At Teaching Personnel, we are working closely with a school in Whitefield who are actively seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher. This school prides themselves in providing a happy, caring, learning environment that inspires their pupils to reach their full potential.

Job duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to early career students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching experience
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practises

Required Qualification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with early career students
  • Strong classroom management skills

Knowledge and skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Understanding of current educational trends and best practises
  • Proficiency in using technology in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
