Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to early years students
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback to students and parents
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with early years or primary school students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate young learners
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in early years or primary education
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of early childhood development
- Knowledge of UK national curriculum
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience in implementing innovative teaching methods
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a school environment with early years students. Standard working hours are expected, with occasional requirement for extra-curricular activities and parent meetings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
