Early Career Teachers (ECTs) – Flexible Teaching Opportunities in Basingstoke – September 2025 Start
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to kickstart your teaching career in September 2025? Whether you're seeking a long-term role or looking to gain experience through day-to-day and short-term supply work, Teaching Personnel is here to support you every step of the way.
We work in partnership with a wide range of secondary schools in Basingstoke, offering flexible teaching opportunities designed to help ECTs grow in confidence and gain valuable classroom experience.
What’s on Offer:
- Full-time and part-time roles available from September 2025
- Supply teaching and day-to-day cover work to suit your availability
- Roles across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with KS5 available in some schools
- An opportunity to try different schools before committing long-term
- Mentorship and support for ECTs in their induction years
Who We’re Looking For:
- ECTs completing their training in 2025 or those recently qualified
- Subject specialists in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, and more
- Passionate and proactive teachers ready to make a difference
- Individuals looking for flexibility, development, and classroom experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
