Early Career Teacher (ECT) – Flexible Opportunities Across Wigan
Full-time & part-time roles | September 2025 start | £120–£140 per day (dependent on placement)

We are currently supporting a network of welcoming and diverse secondary schools across Wigan who are seeking enthusiastic and committed ECTs for teaching roles starting in September 2025. Whether you're looking for a full-time post, long-term cover, or varied supply experience to broaden your classroom exposure, we can help you find a role that suits your ambitions.

Qualified ECTs (QTS achieved or pending)

Strong behaviour management and a positive classroom presence

Specialisms in core subjects (English, Maths, Science) and Humanities especially welcome

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
