About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join our supportive school in Hayes. Suitable for newly qualified or experienced ECTs, you will teach across Key Stage 1 and 2, supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The role offers mentoring, development, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach long-term supply positions in KS1 or KS2

• Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and a nurturing approach

• Plan and deliver inclusive, engaging lessons

• Support a collaborative and caring school culture

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – desirable

• Experience with pupils with SEN advantageous

• Knowledge of KS1/KS2 National Curriculum and teaching strategies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Patient, adaptable, and caring approach
