Location: Hayes, West London
Start Date: September 2025

About the Role:

Teaching Personnel is seeking a nurturing and committed Nursery Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hayes from September 2025.

This full-time role is ideal for a passionate Early Years specialist who thrives in a creative and child-centred environment. Whether you're an experienced EYFS teacher or an enthusiastic ECT, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a rich and engaging Early Years curriculum in line with EYFS Framework.

  • Foster a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes exploration and development.

  • Support children’s personal, social, and emotional growth through play-based learning.

  • Track and report on progress, identifying next steps for learning.

  • Collaborate with EYFS staff, SENCOs, and parents to support each child's development.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent EYFS teaching qualification.

  • Experience teaching in a Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage setting.

  • A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early child development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
