Teaching Personnel is working with a wide range of primary and secondary schools across Plymouth and surrounding areas who are looking for enthusiastic and driven ECTs to join them on a supply basis for the 2025/26 academic year.

Whether you're looking for short-term supply, long-term roles, or the opportunity to explore different schools before committing to a permanent position — we can support you every step of the way.

• Newly qualified or recently qualified Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

• Reliable, adaptable, and confident managing a classroom

• Enthusiastic about developing skills and gaining varied experience

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
