EAL Teaching Assistant

A Head Teacher at a Hull Primary School are looking for a Teaching Assistant to support two pupils starting the school in January 2020. The role is to start in the new year within Early Years Foundation Stage.

As part of the role supporting the two pupils, you will be required to support the pupils with EAL by devising appropriate resources and know the Early Years curriculum. The pupils are not at age related expectations and need someone to be nuturing and supportive to progress the pupils learning.

Those who apply must

• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 2 or higher
• Knowledge and experience supporting pupils with EAL
• Have the ability to effectively support all pupils and the teacher
• Have a genuine passion for the learning and development of young children
