Teaching Personnel is currently in partnership with a number of schools in the Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch who have placed an increasing demand on hiring Cover Supervisors, on both full-time and part-time basis. If you are working towards a career in teaching, or wish to gain some classroom experience alongside other commitments, then working with us will be highly beneficial to you.

Being a Cover Supervisor is a great opportunity to gain that work experience and see if Teaching is the career for you. As a Cover Supervisor you will be covering classes from work set meaning that there. You should have good behaviour management skills and show a real interest in wanting to help young people in schools.

We are looking for candidates who want to get into teaching, so if you're studying and want work that fits around your schedule then we can help.
