Cover supervisor role - Catholic school - Lewisham - ASAP.

Catholic school in the Lewisham area seeking Cover Supervisor for full time position commencing from ASAP – working 4/5 days a week with KS3/KS4 pupils.

Rate: GBP70 - GBP90 per day.

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Ofsted rate ‘Good’ Catholic school to source a cover supervisor for a position starting ASAP, working 4/5 days a week. The role, which is located in Lewisham – is providing general classroom cover to pupils in KS3/KS4.

You do not need to be Catholic to work in this position.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will need to have a confident and flexible approach towards general teaching. The role will include supervising whole classes during the absence of the teacher, responding to questions, assisting pupils in undertaking set activities and maintaining order. In most classes being covered, work has already been set by the teacher at the school – as this school is very organised, resulting in a recent Ofsted report grading it as ‘Good’.

At this school, Cover Supervisors are valued and highly regarded, this position would suit a graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for working with children, or someone with previous experience within secondary schools as either a instructor – or a tutor / teacher looking to take a step back from planning and marking.

  • KS3/KS4 General Cover Supervisor.
  • Catholic school based in Lewisham.
  • Pay rate of GBP70 - GBP90 per day.
  • 4/5 days a week Cover Supervisor position available.
  • Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school.
  • Providing general sickness cover as a Cover Supervisor.
