Are you looking to gain experience as a cover supervisor in secondary schools with an interest in becoming a teacher?

Do you live in the Sheffield area and have experience working with young people?

As a cover supervisor you will be offered a wide range of opportunities from taking full classes with pre set work, providing support to departments when required and working with pupils across all secondary year age groups. Our client schools in Sheffield are currently looking for cover supervisors to provide day to day and short term supply support.

Key features of being a cover supervisor:

-Earn up to £300 per week dependant on the days you work

-Regular work as a secondary school cover supervisor working with the ages of 11-16

-Invaluable teaching experience

-Working within supportive subject departments

As a cover supervisor you will be expected to have a positive attitude and a clear passion for working with and developing young people. Cover supervisors need to be adaptable to meet the demands of the role and the schools ethos.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
