Are you passionate about education and looking to make a difference in secondary schools across Tameside? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors. As part of our education recruitment agency, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across a range of secondary schools, supporting students in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure that learning objectives are met.
• Maintain a positive learning environment conducive to student engagement and achievement.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity.
• Provide support to students, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
• Liaise with teaching staff and school administrators to ensure smooth operation of the school day.

Requirements:

• A passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and year groups.
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
• Minimum of A-level qualifications or equivalent.
