We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors for day-to-day and short-term supply roles in a variety of secondary schools across the Stockport area, starting September 2025.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise lessons in the absence of the class teacher across a range of subjects

• Ensure pupils remain on task with the work provided

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour

• Be a positive presence in the classroom, supporting students and maintaining a calm learning environment

• Contract: Flexible day-to-day (with the opportunity for longer-term roles)

• Pay: £89.38 – £100 per day (based on experience)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
