 We’re looking for passionate and enthusiastic Cover supervisors to join primary schools in the Southampton area, supporting teachers and inspiring pupils to reach their potential.

We’re looking for:

• A recent graduate in any subject (education-related degrees are a plus) not essential but preferred
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
• Communication and teamwork skills are imperative
• A willingness to learn and grow in a classroom environment
• A positive, proactive, and reliable approach to work

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
• Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils who need extra support
• Helping to prepare learning materials and organise classroom activities
• Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and good behaviour
• Observing experienced teachers and learning best classroom practice
