Cover Supervisor - Rochdale

Teaching Personnel, the market leader of education recruitment, are looking to recruit a Cover Supervisor in the Rochdale area to help fulfil the needs of a number of our client secondary schools. We are looking for a number of Cover Supervisors to register, as the need of temporary cover staff increases across both the Rochdale and Oldham regions.

Registering as a Cover Supervisor with Teaching Personnel:

• Full time or part time working schedule to suit individual needs
• Daily rates between £54 and £70 dependent on experience and qualifications
• Paid experience working in a classroom before potentially starting a PGCE

A number of secondary schools across both the Oldham and Rochdale regions now want to utilise Cover Supervisors to cover absent members of staff throughout the school year. Our North Manchester Secondary branch is now receiving a high number of requests for Cover Supervisors from our client schools.

Working as a Cover Supervisor you will be expected to deliver pre-planned work to classes in a range of different subjects. Excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to build rapport with a range of young learners with different needs are highly desirable traits. This may include working with students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN) as well as SEMH needs. This role will suit candidates wanting full time work within secondary schools, as well as candidates requiring flexibility throughout the week.
