Secondary Cover Supervisor Positions

Location: Nottingham

Pay: £86 - £120 daily rate (part-time & full-time roles available)

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit multiple educators who are looking for cover supervisor roles within Secondary schools covering Nottinghamshire (Mansfield). Schools currently have very high demand of support and covering staff, therefore allowing Teaching Personnel to offer multiple roles.

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for education and are motivated to providing support and cover of a high standard within a professional capacity. As a cover supervisor you will be expected to cover pre-planned lessons organised by the class teacher. You should have good behaviour management and an understanding of additional needs. The schools’ expectations will be given on your arrival and good communication with staff will be paramount.

Candidate Requirements:

  • You are not required to hold a Qualified Teacher Status as a cover supervisor
  • Experience within a school environment (non-essential)
  • An interest in student learning and development
  • To be a compassionate and caring individual
  • you will need excellent behaviour management skills and confidence to handle any situation that may arise in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
