The Role: As a Secondary Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Your duties will include:

  • Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and activities.
  • Providing support to students with their learning tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of attendance and behavior.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.
