About the Role
You will be responsible for supervising whole classes during the absence of a teacher, ensuring students stay on task and follow the school’s behaviour policies. All lesson content will be pre-planned—your role is to deliver instructions, manage behaviour, and support students in completing their work.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Confident managing groups and speaking in front of a class

Previous experience in education or transferable skills from sports coaching, youth work, or other leadership roles

Degree-level education is desirable but not essential
