Experienced Cover Supervisor Wanted – Bournemouth
Bournemouth | £95–£115/day | September Start | Part-Time & Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Cover Supervisor to join our partner schools across Bournemouth & Poole. In this pivotal role, you will provide effective classroom supervision across a range of subjects, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience in the absence of teaching staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set lesson content confidently and clearly

• Uphold school behaviour policies and manage classroom expectations

• Provide feedback to heads of department following cover lessons

• Support students with questions and keep them on task

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or HLTA

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A good understanding of safeguarding and pupil welfare

• The ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
