Job Duties:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Your duties will include maintaining discipline, ensuring students complete set tasks, and managing the classroom environment effectively.

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage classroom behaviour

Education:

- A relevant educational qualification is desirable

Experience:

- Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous

Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding of educational principles and practises

- Ability to follow lesson plans and instructions left by the absent teacher

- Strong organisational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching Assistant qualification

Working Conditions:
