Cover Supervisors Needed!

We are seeking strong, confident Cover Supervisors to work in a range of secondary schools across Bolton, Bury, and Salford. Starting immediately, these roles offer fantastic opportunities for individuals who are passionate about working with young people and looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom during the short-term absence of teaching staff. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects, ensuring students remain focused and engaged in their learning. Good behaviour management and the ability to build professional relationships quickly with both students and staff are essential for success in this role.

You must have excellent communication and time management skills, alongside a resilient and proactive approach. Previous experience working with young people in an educational or coaching setting is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided. This is an ideal opportunity for graduates considering a career in teaching or education support roles.

We can offer both day-to-day flexible work and longer-term placements depending on your availability and preferences. Schools are accessible via public transport and major road networks, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates based in Greater Manchester.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
