Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary School
Location: Birmingham (B29)
Type: Agency Work – Day-to-Day Supply
Start Date: September 2025 and ongoing
Pay: Competitive daily rates (based on experience)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors to work on a day-to-day supply basis at a well-regarded secondary school in the B29 area of Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for confident and flexible individuals with strong classroom management skills, looking to work in a dynamic school environment without the responsibility of planning or marking.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Cover Supervisor in a UK secondary school (essential)

  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills

  • Ability to deliver pre-set lessons and support pupils with their learning

  • A proactive and professional approach

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

  • Graduates with classroom experience

  • Aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable secondary school experience
