A school based in Sheffield are looking for a full time Computer Science teacher to join them from April 2019. This is to cover a maternity leave with a transition period for 2 weeks. This is a full time teaching position for the successful teacher of Computer Science, teaching KS3 and KS4. The school are therefore looking for a strong classroom practitioner to join them for the remainder of the academic year.

  • Full time Computer Science teaching position
  • Pay dependent upon experience and pay scale: range £120 - £170 per day
  • Secondary school based in Sheffield
  • Given the nature of this role, the successful Computer Science teacher will be expected to become an effective member of the Computer Science department

The Computer Science department is successful and thriving with a great team of professional teachers. The team is made up of 4 Computer Science teachers with a Head of Faculty and second in department; as well as 2 recently qualified teachers.

The school is well equipped to support a NQT with their induction year, with applications being welcome from Computer Science teachers at any stage of their teaching career.
