Classroom Supervisor

Teaching Personnel can provide the relevant experience required in order for you to excel and begin the journey to becoming an outstanding teacher. We currently support a number of Secondary schools within North Manchester who are seeking classroom supervisors to join their cover team.

A number of schools North Manchester currently have a high demand for Classroom Supervisors and have expressed a need to increase their cover team, to cover lessons in the absence of the class teacher, and to provide cover when courses arise. Working as a Classroom Supervisor will give you the opportunity to gain invaluable experience to enhance future PGCE applications, and the opportunity to build relationships with senior members of staff.

As a Classroom Supervisor, your responsibilities will include;

**Covering lessons, developing your behaviour management skills

**Enhancing your subject knowledge in a range of subjects that will improve your teaching skills

**Supporting pupils learning through the use of questioning and evaluating

In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have previous experience working with young people aged 11-16, and have the confidence to work with a large group of pupils.
