About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to join a highly supportive and welcoming specialist education setting near Wimborne.

You will play a key role in supporting students aged 16 to 18 in their day-to-day learning.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking someone who is passionate about working with young people and is ready to make a positive impact from day one.

Minimum of 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting children with additional needs

A UK driving licence, as the school’s location requires the ability to travel independently
-
A patient, caring and proactive approach
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Your Daily Responsibilities

Supporting students with their learning across a range of subjects
-
Helping to create a calm, encouraging and structured classroom environment
-
Assisting teaching staff with planning and delivering engaging activities
-
Providing one-to-one support where required
-
Promoting independence, confidence and positive routines

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
