Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Chemistry lessons that stretch and challenge learners

• Create a stimulating learning environment that supports academic progress

• Track and assess student outcomes to ensure progress is maintained and celebrated

• Contribute to the wider Science curriculum and extracurricular provision

• Work closely with colleagues to uphold high standards of teaching and behaviour

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified teacher of Chemistry with QTS (or completing a PGCE/QTS programme in 2025)

• Passionate about Chemistry and science education

• Able to engage students of all abilities and foster a love of learning

• Organised, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement

• Strong behaviour management skills and a team-player mindset
