An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Studies Teacher to join an 11-18 Warrington based secondary school. The initial Full time temporary position will commence from the start of the new term in January and will continue for one full term. The school is ideally looking to secure a Business studies teacher who is able to teach up to Key Stage 5. However the school would also consider a KS4 Business studies Teacher that is willing to develop their skills from the supportive staff. If you have ICT & Computing experience or are willing to learn, then this would be beneficial as the department is shared with Computing and Business Studies teachers.

Criteria of the Business Studies Teacher Position:

**Full time availability from January 2019 - April 2019

** Pay ranging on the scale point of £23,720-£39,406

** Qualified Teacher with experience in Business Studies and willing to work with KS5

**Have an interested to support KS3 Computing classes by assisting the computing staff

**Be passionate about teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons

**to teach students with SEN and from disadvantaged backgrounds would be desirable

The department has a great track record of raising attainment and therefore having a real passion for the Business will is be essential. Business studies is also a very popular subject at Sixth form so the knowledge and capability of teaching in at high level is very important. You will need plan and prepare lessons for this role as you timetable will mainly consist of teaching KS4 and KS5 students. You will also be required to support with the computing lessons on an irregular basis for KS3 students.

By having a shared department with computing teachers, this can be an opportunity for you to develop your skills in Computing & ICT. You will need to incorporate structured lesson plans with support for students from all backgrounds. The Warrington based school is situated close to Motorway and has an onsite carpark. There are also regular trains and buses that are easily accessible from the secondary school.
