THE SCHOOL:

My Client School is an all-ability, non-faith school which welcomes boys aged 11-16. It’s mission is to raise boys’ achievement and it does this successfully through an educational approach which focuses on individual students’ strengths and needs. It is based in Hammersmith and Fulham, easily accessible via tube (Picaddilly and District lines), bus and car.

It was good in it's last Ofsted report and they "described the school as providing a very good standard of education, where students feel safe and the environment is happy and harmonious". A new behaviour policy has been launched and has so proved very effective.

The school draws it's students from a wide variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds and the way the school integrates each student and their individual needs has been held up as an example of best practice for local schools.

THE ROLE:

The school are seeking a Business Studies teacher to work full time, 5 days per week, delivering lessons to KS3-KS4. You will be required to plan, prepare and deliver 'good' lessons, reporting into a line manager who supports Business, ICT and Economics. The are a large number of resources already developed and teachers are actively encouraged to support each other.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must hold a UK recognised teaching qualification, i.e. BSc QTS, BA QTS, CERT ED, PGCE, B.Ed
