Job Title: Behavioural Learning Support Assistant

Job Duties:
- Provide support to students with behavioural difficulties in a classroom setting
- Assist in implementing individualised behaviour management plans
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a positive learning environment
- Monitor and track student progress and behaviour
- Provide feedback to teachers and parents/guardians on student performance
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children or young adults
- Understanding of behaviour management techniques
Education:
Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young adults
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Education or Psychology
- Training in behaviour management strategies
Working Conditions:
- Work in a classroom environment
- Full-time hours, temporary position
- Collaborative work with teachers and support staff
- Potential exposure to challenging behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
