Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Are you looking to get into the education sector? Here at Teaching Personnel, we are looking for a confident and personable individual to work as a teaching assistant with pupils who have challenging behaviour.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and hard working teaching assistant to join our ever growing team of educators here at Teaching Personnel.

Ideally you will have a background working with challenging behaviour, as a lot of the pupils in these schools display challenging behaviour traits. You will need to have strong relationship building skills, confidence and the necessary dedication to this role.

Even though the role is a challenging one, the fact that the class sizes are smaller gives you a real chance to make a difference to these children's lives and education.

The correct candidate will be strong minded and have high interpersonal skills. With the ability to remain professional yet build friendly relationships and make a positive difference. We don't necessarily require you to have a working background in the SEN/Challenging behaviour sector as this can be taught.
