Job description

This SEMH Teaching Assistant role involves you working on an individual basis with a Year 2 boy who displays Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties. You will be advancing your skills through the leadership of a Special Educational Needs Coordinator and accepting as much CPD and training as possible.

This school is a 'good' Ofsted rated primary in Northampton with visions of becoming even better and is the most oversubscribed in the area. As a top performer this school offers teacher training and has played a large role in developing the next generation of excellent teachers. Ideally you will be Team Teach trained however training can be offered. Recent experience supporting behaviour is essential.
