School Administrator – Primary Schools across Warrington
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities – Start ASAP
We are currently working with several welcoming primary schools across Warrington who are seeking experienced School Administrators to support their busy school offices. These roles are ideal for organised, reliable professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced school environment and being a key part of the wider school team.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day administration within the school office.
- Using Arbor to manage attendance, pupil records, admissions and communications.
- Providing administrative support to the senior leadership team.
- Managing confidential information in line with school policies.
- Supporting with general office duties, including finance and HR tasks where required.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working in a school office or education administration role.
- Be confident using Arbor (essential).
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
- Possess strong organisational, communication and IT skills.
- Be professional, approachable and able to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
