We’re looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to work in specialist SEN schools across Aylesbury, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including autism, SEMH, and complex learning needs. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same – but every day is impactful.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering engaging and accessible lessons tailored to individual learning needs

• Supporting pupils with EHCPs and additional learning needs

• Creating a positive, structured and supportive classroom environment

• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff

• Supporting pupils with daily routines and personal care where required

• Providing planning and preparation where needed to ensure high-quality teaching

• Encouraging pupils to develop confidence, independence and life skills

⭐ What we’re looking for

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience working with SEN pupils (or a strong passion to work in specialist settings)

• Comfortable supporting pupils with personal care needs

• Happy to support with planning and preparation

• Available to work 5 days per week

• Patient, adaptable and able to build strong relationships with pupils
