SEN TEACHER WANTED – LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY!

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a fantastic specialist school on a long-term, full-time basis.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Previous experience working within an SEN setting
✅ Experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
✅ A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
✅ Strong classroom and behaviour-management skills
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork
✅ Someone committed to working 5 days a week on a long-term basis

YOUR ROLE:

‍ Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons
Adapt learning to meet individual needs and abilities
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Create engaging and creative learning opportunities
Promote confidence, independence and positive behaviour
Work closely with support staff, families and other professionals

THE DETAILS:

Role: SEN Teacher
Start: September
Hours: Full-time – 5 days per week
Duration: Long-term
Setting: Specialist SEN school
Experience: Previous SEN teaching experience essential
Qualification: QTS required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
