About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a warm, creative and highly nurturing educational setting.

Both primary and secondary phases offer a vibrant, supportive atmosphere where every staff member plays a valued role.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting students in class to positively manage behaviour

  • Building trusting relationships that encourage confidence and resilience

  • Helping to implement personalised strategies and routines

  • Working closely with teachers, mentors and pastoral teams

  • Contributing to a safe, welcoming and consistent learning environment


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 6 months experience working with children or young people

  • Experience supporting children with SEN needs is highly desirable

  • Someone calm, patient, proactive and resilient

  • Ability to work confidently across both primary and secondary age groups

  • A driver is essential due to the school’s location

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
