A welcoming and highly supportive specialist setting in the Wimborne area is seeking a dedicated High Level Teaching Assistant. Known for its positive atmosphere and committed staff, this school offers a rewarding environment across both primary and secondary phases. This is a full-time role with an immediate start.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months childcare experience, ideally supporting SEN

  • Confident delivering learning activities

  • Calm, patient and adaptable

  • Strong communication skills

  • Genuine passion for helping young people

 

Responsibilities

  • Leading small-group and 1:1 learning

  • Supporting teachers with lessons and routines

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement

  • Assisting across a range of age groups

  • Helping maintain a structured, supportive environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
