Contract: Ongoing Supply Contract

Salary: ÂŁ285 to ÂŁ325 per week depending on experience

Teaching Personnel requires Behaviour Support to join the team at an Academy in Keynsham. The successful candidate will work on a 1:1 basis with a pupil to help him or her access lessons within the class. Experience of working with pupils on the Autistic Spectrum is preferred but not essential.

The purpose of the role would be to meet the holistic needs of students at this academy under the direction of the teacher / senior staff in order to promote the inclusion and acceptance of all. This will include support for behavioural needs alongside access to learning. This role will primarily be at the Connect Centre, where the Year 7 to 11 students are based but you may also be required to work at the mainstream academy site.
