Exciting Opportunity: Behaviour Support Assistant Position in Kensington (L7)

The school is seeking a dedicated Specialist Support Assistant to join their KS1 department for the remainder of the academic year. While the position starts as temporary, a successful probation period will likely lead to a permanent contract in the upcoming academic year.
Responsibilities:
As a crucial member of the team, you'll assist children facing behavioural and emotional challenges as they return to full-time education. Your role involves working closely with students on a one-to-one or small group basis to facilitate their smooth reintegration into the school and classroom environment. Collaboration with the Class Teacher, school SENCo, and parents is essential to identify and implement effective strategies tailored to each child's needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
