Behaviour Support Assistant

Behaviour Buddy – Primary School, Bispham
Start Date: After October Half Term

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Buddy to support pupils at a mainstream primary school in Bispham.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone with experience in supporting children with challenging behaviours who can make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and wellbeing. The successful candidate will be flexible, confident, and able to adapt to working across different year groups within a primary setting.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children or adults with challenging behaviours.

• Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model.

• Flexibility to work across year groups as required.

• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.
