Teaching Personnel are working with a number of Primary Schools across Enfield and have positions supporting the more challenging students who need 1:1 support, subsequently we are looking to recruit experienced Behaviour Mentors to join their team with the specific job of working with their most challenging students throughout the next academic year.

Do you have a previous experience working with children with challenging behaviour?

The Role - Behaviour Mentor
- As a Behaviour specialist you must be a resilient individual with a can-do attitude who is willing to go the extra mile for students in order to see them succeed
- To be a successful Behaviour Mentor; experience working within a challenging environment with adults or children with behavioural problems or Social Emotional Mental Health Difficulties is key.
