 We are working in partnership with a Specialist school who require Teaching Assistants to join the team in the New Year.

The school caters for:

• Autism
• Asperger’s Syndrome
• Profound and multiple learning difficulties
• Severe Learning difficulties
• Social Emotional Mental Health Needs
• Early years, Primary, Secondary and Post 16

The ideal candidate will be:

• Trustworthy and reliable
• Calm, patient and empathetic
• Proactive and efficient
• A team player and not afraid of getting ‘stuck in’
• Flexible in their approach and willing to undertake a variety of tasks
• Aware of positive behaviour management strategies, e.g. Team Teach (preferred but not essential)
• Have some knowledge or experience working with Special Needs (Not essential as training will be provided)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
