Experienced Behaviour Mentor - Mill Hill

Working with Challenging Behaviour in a mainstream Primary Setting!

Motivated Individuals Wanted!

What we are looking for?

This is a full-time role with an immediate start for the successful candidate. In this role you will be working on a 1-1 basis with a pupil who has challenging behaviour due to difficult situations with his family life at home. At present, the SLT take turns to work with the pupil on a 1-1 basis but are actively seeking for an opportunity for the pupil to reintegrate into a classroom environment where he will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships. The pupil is a very smart pupil and the successful candidate will aid in his academic progression.

  • Experience working with challenging behaviour
  • Primary School classroom based familiarity
  • Professional
  • Possess a Valid DBS certificate(or willing to apply for one)
  • Teaching Qualifications (desired but not essential)
  • Background in youth work (desired but not essential)

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
