Behaviour Buddy required for SEN school in Bourne End.

Highly rewarding job role supporting SEN students:-
Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a confident, reliable and proactive person to fulfil the role of a behaviour buddy within one of our large SEN schools in Bourne End.
The position will be supporting students across KS1, KS2 and KS3 with managing their triggers and promoting positive behaviour management techniques. You will be assigned key students to work with and will be provided with a programme in which you will be required to assist the students through to ensure significant development to aid with their classroom learning. Students will have a variety of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH SpLD and ADD.
People with the following experience are encouraged to apply:
- Exsisting Team Teach training (not essential as training can be provided)
- Sports Coaches
- Behaviour management specialists
- Psychology graduates
- Youth workers
- Teaching assistants
