A School in Chorley that Teaching Personnel are working with are looking to appoint a Behaviour Manager. The School caters for KS3/4 pupils with Challenging Behaviours, ADHD, SEMH Difficulties and ODD.
The school is divided into two sections and part of the role will be working across the different sites with pupils who are very challenging in their behaviours and also pupils who need quite a lot of nurturing. Therefore, the ideal candidate will be flexible and empathetic towards the needs of the pupils they are working with.
The School is based in Chorley and the role is part time, 3 days a week.
The School hours are 8.30am - 3.30pm roughly and the role is to start after the Easter holidays.
Pay for this role will be negotiable due to the nature of the role and it will be dependent on your experience!
