Job description

We have the opportunity for someone with eith er education experience of 1:1 work or transferrable skills to work with disengaged students bith 1:1 and in Small Groups to raise attainment. The students struggle with the day to day schedule of a school day due to a number of factors, whether it be SEMH, Anxiety or their Peers. The purpose of the role is to build a positive working relationship to develop an understand of the behaviour and see beyond the obvious to help them discover coping strategies in order to maximise their lesson time and outcomes to learning. The students are at risk of exclusion but with the specialist intetervention of theis role the aim is tpo raise attainment and provide them a supported and structed learnign environment.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
