Autisum Specialist Teaching Assistant!

Teaching Personnel our seeking to employ an enthusiastic, skilled and experienced Teaching Assistants to support vulnerable learners in a SEN school located in the heart of Bournemouth. The successful candidates will have a flexible approach, knowledge and experience of working with children KS1-4 who have learning difficulties such as Autism and Asperger's.

Experience in working with children who have other learning difficulties would be an advantage too.

The post requires someone who is highly resilient, able to work well as a member of a successful team and someone who has highly developed interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour. In addition, they will be highly organised and have excellent communication skills.

You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach to improving the teaching and learning in a way that benefits all children.

This school have 2 opportunities available for September due to department growth with in the Department. Position 1 is a part time role to work on a 1:1 basis for a KS3 pupil and position 2 is a full time role to work in KS2 as a small group work assistant.
