Due to recent growth and expansion, several exciting opportunities have arisen for enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistants to work at SEN schools in North Dorset.

Our partnership schools support pupils with autism, moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex needs.

They provide education and care within a beautiful natural environment where all staff work together to make a real and positive difference to the lives of our students.

Your role will be assisting teachers and other colleagues to deliver learning programmes; both in the classroom and in the community. Most of the roles will be working 1:1 but there is also a lot of small group work.

Ideally you will have previous relevant work experience and/or qualifications.

This role is to start in September.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
