Autism Teaching Assistant Required
Teaching Personnel are proud to be working with a school in Scarborough specialising in SEN. The school offers excellent education for pupils aged from 2 - 16 with a wide range of needs. This includes moderate or severe learning difficulties, speech and language difficulties, autism and some medical difficulties.
The school are committed to providing the best education for all our pupils with all staff being passionate about providing a meaningful and motivating curriculum. Their aim is to help their pupils become responsible citizens who can make a positive contribution to the community
The school practices a ‘holistic approach’ focusing on the development of the ‘whole child’ using a personalised, pupil centered curriculum.
Do you have the following role requirements?
- Are you an experienced Autism trained Teaching Assistant
- Experience in SEN schools specifically with Autism experience
- Experience in the care working industry
- Any other relevant experience
The Autism Teaching Assistant role itself offers the following:
- The age of the children ranges from 2-16 years of age.
- The chance to further enhance your skills and experience as an Autism Teaching Assistant
- The opportunity to nurture positive relationships with parents and carers
About Teaching Personnel
