Salary: Grade G Point 8–13 (£26,824 – £29,064 FTE)
Actual Salary: £24,255 – £26,280 (pro-rata)
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to champion the needs of learners, strengthen inclusive practice, and help ensure every student feels supported to succeed.

You are an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner with a strong understanding of SEND and a commitment to inclusive education. You will:
- Support teachers in meeting the needs of students with additional needs
- Work effectively with families and external agencies
- Help coordinate personalised support and interventions
- Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
- Embrace ongoing professional development
- Contribute positively to the wider school community

Our SEND team is committed to removing barriers to learning and enabling every student to reach their full potential. Working collaboratively with staff, students, and families, the team delivers tailored provision through targeted interventions, structured support plans, and partnerships with external professionals. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
