You are an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner with a strong understanding of SEND and a commitment to inclusive education. You will:

• Support teachers in meeting the needs of students with additional needs
• Work effectively with families and external agencies
• Help coordinate personalised support and interventions
• Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
• Embrace ongoing professional development
• Contribute positively to the wider school community
